Terms & Conditions — 88abat Platform

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other specific rules, policies, or promotional terms published on the 88abat platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 88abat. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional or game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

By accessing the 88abat Site, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of a third party.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with 88abat, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. The minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced.
• You must provide a valid, active email address and mobile phone number that belong to you personally.
• You must create a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You may register only one (1) account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

88abat reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects misrepresentation, fraud, or breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed for cause, 88abat may withhold any pending bonus winnings while genuine cash deposits are returned to the player after deduction of any amounts owed.

3 Account Obligations

As a registered 88abat player, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account:

• Security: You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Accuracy: You must keep your account information — including email address, phone number, and payment method details — accurate and up to date at all times. Notify support at [email protected] if any details change.
• Personal use: Your 88abat account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, nor may you use any other person's account.
• Notification of breach: If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 88abat support immediately via Live Chat or email. We will take immediate steps to secure your account pending investigation.
• No minors: You must take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing your account or the 88abat platform. Where a device is shared with minors, parental controls and device-level access restrictions should be used.
• Compliance: You must comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other rules and policies published on the 88abat platform at all times.

88abat will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 88abat that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately. 88abat accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88abat platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposit processing time: Mobile money deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within 2–5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–24 hours depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–24 hours following successful KYC verification. Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are generally completed the fastest.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• KYC requirement: Withdrawals may be held pending completion of identity verification. 88abat reserves the right to request supporting documents before releasing any withdrawal payment.

88abat does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 88abat's control. Players are responsible for checking their provider's fee schedule before initiating transactions.

88abat accepts no liability for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, national holidays, or technical outages outside 88abat's direct control. In such cases, players should contact their payment provider in the first instance, and 88abat support if the issue cannot be resolved.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

88abat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses have a validity window during which wagering requirements must be satisfied. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering obligations are forfeited upon expiry.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 88abat platform. Specific rules for individual games and sports markets are published within the relevant game or sports betting section of the platform.

• Final decision: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 88abat platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits: Bet limits vary by game type and market. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface at the time of placing a bet.
• Void bets: 88abat reserves the right to void bets where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where a game has been interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, or where a sports event is abandoned or declared void by the relevant governing body.
• Sports betting — live markets: Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time. 88abat reserves the right to temporarily suspend live markets for brief periods while odds are recalculated. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured; bets placed on suspended markets are void.
• RNG games: All slot and table game outcomes are generated by certified RNG systems. Results are final and cannot be contested on the basis of perceived unfairness. If you believe a technical fault has affected a game outcome, contact support with the relevant game round ID for investigation.
• Disconnection policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a gaming session, 88abat's servers will continue to process the game round in progress according to the game's rules. Upon reconnection, the outcome of the interrupted round will be displayed in your game history.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88abat platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any winnings or balances may be forfeited at 88abat's discretion:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Fraudulent activity: Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods; chargebacks; or any other form of financial deception.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, wagering requirements, or bonus terms in a manner that is inconsistent with normal player behaviour and clearly intended to extract value without genuine gaming intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on the platform.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with any part of the 88abat platform without genuine human input.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing offsetting bets across multiple platforms or accounts in order to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using 88abat's pricing as one leg of the arbitrage.
• Impersonation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or accessing another player's account without authorisation.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the platform by anyone under 18.

88abat employs ongoing monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 88abat may take immediate action including account suspension, seizure of funds pending investigation, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate. 8 Responsible Gaming

88abat is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to every registered player at no cost:

9 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and other intellectual property on the 88abat platform are the exclusive property of 88abat or its licensed content suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studio partners), and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 88abat platform without prior written authorisation.
• The 88abat name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of 88abat. You may not use them in any way that could create confusion, imply endorsement, or damage the brand's reputation.
• Game assets, animations, audio, and visual content provided by our studio partners remain the intellectual property of those studios and are licensed to 88abat for use on the platform. Any unauthorised reproduction is a breach of this Agreement and may constitute infringement under applicable law.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88abat platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or redistribution of platform content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88abat excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, network failures, or connectivity issues outside 88abat's direct control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional content that may contain typographical errors.
• Actions taken by 88abat in good faith in response to suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

The 88abat platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Where statutory consumer protections apply that cannot be excluded by contract, those protections remain in full force and effect.

11 Amendments & Termination

88abat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account. Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications, and reformatting) may be made without notice. The version of these Terms published on the Site at any given time is the version in force.

You may close your 88abat account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations or pending bonus conditions apply.

88abat may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other platform policy.
• Fraudulent activity, use of stolen payment methods, or financial crime.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete identity information.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of these Terms.
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or any other legal requirement.

Where an account is closed by 88abat for cause, any bonus funds, free spin allocations, and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Genuine cash deposits (less any amounts owed to 88abat) will be returned to the player following the conclusion of any investigation, at 88abat's discretion.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 88abat platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 88abat customer support at [email protected]. Our support team will investigate and respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). We are committed to resolving disputes fairly, promptly, and in good faith.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing litigation. All dispute communications should be directed to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Account Username]" to ensure they are routed to the appropriate team.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 88abat to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 88abat with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
